From NPR, we learn this morning that gasoline use in the USA has gone down about 1/2 of 1% over the past couple of months according to the Dept. of Energy. We can be taught! All it takes is gasoline . . .

Good news: the 100 billion dollars in the tax rebate which you should see this summer will pay your increased costs to fuel your car this year.
